Nanowrimo now entering its second week, the word count should be well on to 16,000 or above, to see the target reached with room to breathe at the last minute. My count is currently at 15,000 and a lot, close enough to see 16,000 fairly clearly. Smashwords has a dedicated nanowrimo page where the current entry can be uploaded and read as a work in progress, and the charts also include most downloads. What You Ask For has been near to the top of page for the last four days, holding the top slot until this morning, and slipping a couple of places. Now at second place (the last time I looked). I am excited by the idea that somewhere out there in t'internet a reader is reading my latest novel as I write it. Whoever you are, singular or plural, thank you.
